The self-contained unit is built in Denim Blue Coloursteel, and is separate to the main house. The spacious interior is open-plan including dining and lounge area combined with the bedroom, and is well equipped with: Separate ensuite, Queen bed with sheepskin electric blanket, single bed, radio alarm clock, 2-seater couch, TV, CD player, DVD player, dining suite, small stove, ceiling fan, heater, microwave, fridge, wardrobe, and sideboard.
THINGS TO DO ... Exquisite beaches start at: Ngunguru Village, Church Bay, Pacific Bay, Wellington's Bay, Tutukaka Marina, Matapouri Beach, Woolley's Bay, Whale Bay and Sandy Bay. The Liddall farm is next to a river set amongst native trees. Enjoy a stroll; bring your horse to ride on the farm or forest next door; take a spa at sunset (overlooking the bush) with a cool glass of wine or beer; relax on the deck and read a book or play pool; cook a delicious barbeque in native bush by the river; check out the art in the Hallway gallery - and that's just at our place!

ENQUIRE HERE ABOUT A WEDDING PACKAGE Available for the intended couple who require a quiet setting for their wedding, suitable for up to 60 people. Beautiful macrocarpa table is 7 metres long and seats 26 people comfortably. Plenty of room for extra tables and chairs. HUGE DECK on MAIN HOUSE could also be used for a wedding breakfast of around 40 people and can be completely enclosed with the plastic curtains in case of a turn in the weather ... and still maintain lovely views. For a larger wedding, inquire about pitching a large wedding marquee! Plenty of opportunity for lovely photos of your wedding. Hire a retro Ford '73 from ceremony to venue and photo shoot.
